Adding a Inventory Mode user

1. Open the Inventory Mode Users section

  • Go to the Account tab.

  • Scroll down to Inventory Mode Users.

  • This section shows the list of existing inventory mode users.

2. Start creating a new user

  • Click Add User at the bottom of the list.

  • This opens the form for creating a new inventory mode user.

3. Enter the user’s details

  • Fill in the user’s information.

  • Scan their badge.

  • Enter a 4-digit PIN they will use to log into inventory mode.

  • Assign the site/location where they work.

4. Save the new user

  • Click Save to create the user.

5. The user is ready for inventory mode

  • The user is now created.

  • They can scan their badge and enter their PIN to start using inventory mode.
