1. Open the Print Barcodes tool

  • You can access barcode printing from two places:

    • Items tab

    • Account tab → scroll down → Print Item Barcodes

  • In this walkthrough, the process starts from the Items tab by selecting Print Barcodes.

2. Select the items to print

  • Choose the items you want barcode labels for.

  • Use the search field to find a specific item faster.

  • Sort the item list by:

    • Alphabetical

    • Last updated

    • Newest

  • Sorting and search help you quickly locate the correct items before printing.

3. Open Print Settings

  • After selecting your items, click Print Settings to configure the label and page.

4. Choose or create a label preset

  • Select from existing label presets if you’ve saved previously

  • A preset stores a reusable combination of settings, such as:

    • Label size

    • Page layout

    • Storage location information

  • If you change settings, you can save the updated configuration as a new preset for future use.

5. Adjust label and storage options

  • Update the label size and page layout as needed.

  • Optionally include storage location information.

  • Adding storage location information helps later with faster usage and restock logging

  • When the QR code is scanned, it can automatically load the associated storage location.

6. Save the updated preset if needed

  • If you made changes to the preset, click Save.

  • Enter a name for the preset.

  • Save it so you can reuse the same settings later.

7. Review the final print summary

  • Check the final review screen before printing.

  • Confirm:

    • How many barcodes will print per page

    • The list of selected items

    • A summary of all print settings

8. Print or share the barcode labels

  • Click Print Barcodes to send the job to your printer.

  • If needed, use the Share button in the bottom-left corner to send the print document by:

    • Email

    • Text
