 1. Home Screen Overview

  • The home screen is the main landing page for the app.

  • From here, you can:

    • Scroll through your list of sites or storage locations.

    • View Top Items of Interest, which highlights items that are:

      • Newly added

      • Low stock

      • Expiring soon

      • Marked as favorites

  • In the top-right corner, you can also access:

    • Notifications

    • Your account screen

2. Account Tab and Admin Functions

  • The Account tab is used for admin-level functions.

  • From this area, you can manage:

    • Users

    • Categories

    • Activity

    • Inventory mode, if you have permission

    • Notifications

3. Sites Tab: View Sites and Storage Locations

  • Tap the Sites tab in the bottom-left to view all sites and storage locations.

  • At the top of this screen, you can filter sites by stock status:

    • Critically low

    • Low stock

    • Healthy

  • Scroll through the list and tap into a site to see:

    • Device information

    • Items in stock or low stock

    • Storage locations

    • Recent activity

4. Storage Location Details

  • From a site, you can tap into a specific storage location.

  • This view shows:

    • Items available at that location

    • What has been used or restocked

    • Activity history for that storage location

5. Inventory Tab: Browse All Items

  • The Inventory tab shows a complete list of all available items.

  • Tapping an item opens its details, including:

    • Barcode

    • Description

    • Where it is currently in stock

6. Plus Button: Restocking and Activity Logging

  • The plus button at the bottom of the screen opens key workflows.

  • From here, you can start:

    • Restock Items

    • Log Activity

7. Restock Items Flow

  • Choose Restock Items from the plus button menu.

  • You’ll see a list of storage locations that can be restocked.

  • This is the starting point for adding inventory back into a location.

8. Log Activity Flow and Item Scanning

  • Choose Log Activity from the plus button menu to begin recording item activity.

  • This flow supports scanning items as part of the process.

  • You can also add items manually from the top-right area when needed.

9. Quick Summary of App Navigation

  • The video gives a high-level tour of the Tidiness app.

  • Main areas covered:

    • Home screen

    • Account/admin tools

    • Sites and storage locations

    • Inventory list

    • Restocking and activity logging flows

  • More detailed walkthroughs of these features will be covered in later videos.
