1. Open the audit assigned to you
This process is for auditing storage locations.
Audits may be generated automatically or created manually by admins.
In the Open Audits list, you can see:
audits assigned to you
audits assigned to other people
unassigned audits
Select the audit assigned to you to open the audit screen.
2. Review the audit details and add notes if needed
Inside the audit screen, you can:
add items manually
write notes for the admin or for future reference
Use notes to capture anything relevant about the audit before submitting.
3. Verify each physical item in the storage location
The main task is to compare the physical storage location against the audit list.
For each item, check:
whether the item is present
how many units are actually there
whether the expiration date needs to be updated
Adjust the quantity and expiration date as needed.
Click the green confirm button next to each item once it has been verified.
4. Submit the completed audit
After all items have been confirmed, click the submit button in the top-right corner.
This saves the audit and generates the final results.
The results show whether each item had:
more than expected
as much as expected
less than expected
5. Review the outcome and inventory updates
Submitting the audit automatically updates inventory quantities.
The completed audit report becomes available to admins.
Use the saved results as the official record of the audit.
