1. Open the Restock Items workflow

  • Tap the plus (+) button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Select Restock items.

  • You’ll see a list of storage locations across all sites.

2. Choose the storage location to restock

  • Filter the list if needed to narrow it down to one site or location.

  • Select the storage location you want to update.

  • In the video, the upstairs storage closet is selected.

  • Tap Restock to begin adding inventory to that location.

3. Scan items into inventory

  • Scan the items you want to add.

  • Review the item details shown, including:

    • Quantity

    • Expiration date

    • Item status/safety indicator

  • A list of scanned items will appear as you add them.

4. Add items manually if needed

  • If an item can’t be scanned, tap the green scan button at the bottom.

  • Then tap the plus (+) button in the top-right corner.

  • Choose the item manually from the list.

  • In the example, instant cold packs are added this way.

5. Review and adjust item details

  • Check the items you’ve added.

  • Update the expiration date if needed.

  • Adjust the quantity if needed.

  • Make sure the restock list is accurate before saving.

6. Save the restock update

  • Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to confirm.

  • This completes the restock for that storage location.

7. Verify the items were added

  • Navigate back to the storage location.

  • Confirm the newly restocked items now appear in the inventory list.

  • This verifies the location was updated successfully.
