1. Open Inventory Mode and choose a storage location to restock

  • Start on the storage locations list.

  • Select the storage location you want to restock

2. Start a new restock and begin scanning items

  • After selecting the storage location, you’ll see the restock basket.

  • Press the button at the bottom of the screen to start scanning items into the restock basket.

3. Add scanned items with quantity and expiration date

  • Scan the first item.

  • Enter:

    • the quantity you are adding to inventory

    • the expiration date (if needed)

  • Press Save to add the item to the restock basket.

4. Add items manually if needed

  • From the scan screen, press the plus (+) button in the top-right corner.

  • Choose any item from your inventory to add it manually to the restock.

  • This is useful if you don’t want to scan an item.

5. Review and edit the restock basket before submitting

  • In the restock list, you can still make changes before finalizing.

  • Adjust:

    • expiration dates

    • quantities

  • When everything looks correct, press the top-right submit button to complete the restock.

6. Confirm the restock was saved

  • Once submitted, the restock event is saved.

  • You can now see:

    • what was restocked

    • when it was restocked

7. Save progress and resume an in-progress restock later

  • If you start a restock and decide not to finish, press the back button.

  • Your progress is saved automatically.

  • You can return to it in two ways:

    • Tap the Continue button on the storage locations list

    • Tap the basket icon in the bottom-right navigation bar to view in-progress restocks

  • From there, select the storage location and pick up where you left off.
